Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to coaching services provided by Growth Coaching. We strive to provide exceptional coaching services and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment in your personal and professional development.
Important Note: By purchasing coaching services from Growth Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
1. Individual Coaching Sessions
1.1 Cancellation Before the First Session
If you need to cancel your individual coaching engagement before the first session takes place:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled first session
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled first session
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled first session
1.2 Satisfaction Guarantee for First-Time Clients
For first-time clients who have never worked with Growth Coaching before:
- If after your first coaching session you feel that our coaching approach is not a good fit for your needs, you may request a full refund for that session within 24 hours of the session's completion
- This satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first session and only for new clients
- To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us in writing explaining why the service did not meet your expectations
2. Coaching Packages
2.1 Cancellation Before Starting
For pre-paid coaching packages (such as our Starter, Professional, and Executive packages):
- Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled first session
- 75% refund if cancellation is made between 3-7 days before the scheduled first session
- 50% refund if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the scheduled first session
2.2 Cancellation After Starting
Once you have begun a coaching package:
- If you wish to discontinue coaching after beginning a package, you may request a partial refund for any unused sessions
- The refund will be calculated based on the standard rate for individual sessions, not the discounted package rate, for any completed sessions
- A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund amount
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the first session or if more than 50% of the package sessions have been completed, whichever comes first
3. Group Coaching Programs
3.1 Cancellation Before Program Start Date
For group coaching programs with fixed start and end dates:
- Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the program start date
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 7-14 days before the program start date
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the program start date
3.2 Cancellation After Program Start Date
Due to the limited number of spots available in our group programs:
- No refunds will be issued after the program start date
- In exceptional circumstances, we may consider transferring your enrollment to a future program (subject to availability and at our discretion)
- If you are unable to complete a program, you may still have access to any recordings or materials provided as part of the program, depending on the specific program terms
4. Online Courses and Digital Products
For self-paced online courses and digital products:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once you have gained access to the digital content
- If you are unable to access the digital content due to technical issues on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund
5. Workshops and Events
5.1 Cancellation by Participant
For in-person or virtual workshops and events:
- Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 7-14 days before the event
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event
5.2 Cancellation by Growth Coaching
If we need to cancel a workshop or event:
- You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another date if the event is rescheduled
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, the service you purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant details that support your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent you from participating in coaching services you've purchased. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, we may consider requests for refunds or credits that fall outside our standard policy. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation.
8. Currency and Processing Fees
All refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of original payment and the time of refund.
Any payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other third-party fees associated with the original payment are non-refundable.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
